These terms govern your use of Webby Feed, operated by Webby Co. ("Webby," "we," "us") at app.webbyco.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Webby lets you build a customizable Instagram feed widget and embed it on your own website. You connect your own Instagram account, and we generate a snippet you paste into your site. Your embed then fetches and displays your recent Instagram posts automatically.
You sign in with a one-time email link — no password. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure, and for any activity on your account.
Webby offers Free, Basic, and Pro plans, described on our pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, your choice) until you cancel. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard; changes take effect at the start of your next billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain all rights to your Instagram content. By connecting your account, you authorize us to fetch and display your recent posts through your embed widget. We never post, comment, or modify anything on your Instagram account — access is read-only.
Don't use Webby to connect an Instagram account you don't own or have authorization to manage, to circumvent plan limits, to interfere with the service's operation, or for any unlawful purpose.
You may stop using Webby and delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the service.
Webby is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
